Common questions

Calls still show only the number. Make sure the contact exists in Contacts (My Contacts tab), and that the incoming number matches one of the numbers listed for that organization. Some organizations call from numbers they don't publish.

The logo isn't shown on the call screen. iOS shows contact photos on incoming calls; on iOS 17 and later you can also pick the photo as the contact poster in Contacts.

Restore a purchase. Settings › Restore Purchase, signed in with the same Apple Account.

Remove everything. My Contacts › Remove All from Contacts. Only contacts created by Dialmark are removed.

Change the language. Settings › Language; it applies immediately.
